Missão cumprida!
Há 7 anos venho organizando esse torneio e no final de cada etapa eu sentia: Missão cumprida! Esse ano isso não foi diferente mas foi especial! Especial pois pude perceber o quanto a Escola Flavia Muniz cresceu, o quanto que o torneio foi um sucesso, o quanto que nós evoluímos na organização e estrutura do evento e o quanto nós fazemos a diferença na vida dos nossos alunos. Sim...diferença pois via pessoas tímidas e até mesmo sem desenvoltura, hoje jogando, se divertindo, com auto-estima elevada e competitiva. Sentimento também de orgulho! Orgulho de ver alunos que não sabiam pegar na raquete ou não acertavam a bola e hj além de toparem jogar o torneio, tiveram excelente performances. Orgulho de ver a evolução de outros de nível já avançado mas que hj estão com mais volume de jogo e jogando com estratégia. Orgulho de ver que consigo criar, inovar e fazer acontecer. Queria agradecer a algumas pessoas que foram fundamentais para o sucesso do nosso torneio: Pedro Augusto, Silvia Oliveira, Juliana Lima, Pedro Lynch, Guilherme Ferreira, Assuero, Michele Muniz e Roberto Fadul. For 7 years I have been organizing this tournament and at the end of each stage I felt: Mission accomplished! This year this was no different but it was special! Especially since I realized how much the Flavia Muniz School has grown, how successful the tournament was, how much we have evolved in the organization and structure of the event, and how much we make a difference in our students' lives. Yes ... difference because I saw people shy and even without resourcefulness, playing today, having fun, with high and competitive self-esteem. Feeling also of pride! Pride of seeing students who did not know how to catch the racket or did not hit the ball and hj besides playing the tournament, they had excellent performances. Pride of seeing the evolution of others of already advanced level but that today are with more volume of game and playing with strategy. Proud to see that I can create, innovate and make it happen.
